Timeline:

• 8:30 AM: Registration

• 10:00 AM: Shotgun Start

• 4:00 PM: Cocktail Hour

• 5:00 PM: Dinner, Awards & Prizes

Registration: $300 per person (includes golf, boxed lunch, on-course non-alcoholic beverages, beer & seltzers, buffet dinner with 1 raffle ticket) *Hard liquor available for purchase through clubhouse OR we will have Bev Carts on the course)

Dinner Only: $115 per person (includes buffet dinner with 1 raffle ticket)

Mulligans/Raffle Tickets: 3 for $15 (available for purchase at check-in as well)

1. Basic Hole Sponsor (company signage placed at tee box): $300

2. TIER I Active Hole Sponsor: Non-Alcoholic (includes table, 2 chairs, pop-up tent, cooler with water/sodas): $350

3. Beverage Cart Sponsor (includes company signage on bev cart driven by Ruby Hill employee): $450

4. TIER II Active Hole Sponsor: Bartender-Manned Hole (includes table, 2 chairs, pop-up tent, cooler with beer/seltzers, batch cocktails available for distribution): $550

5. Dinner Sponsor (includes signage at dinner tables and the bar): $400

*PLEASE NOTE that sponsorships DO NOT include your golf or dinner registration. You must add BOTH to your cart.

We are seeking 1-2 VOLUNTEERS to assist with the check-in process. If you are interested, please reach out to the SANC Board. There will also be a couple extra carts available for any volunteers that would like to hand out water/sodas throughout the round.

Please register online by Monday, June 9th. To ensure an accurate headcount, all RSVPs or cancellations must also be submitted by this date.
